Management Team / Key People

The Trent-Services Management Team has worked together for over 14 years - all of them previously working for Adminicle Ltd which was closed for strategic reasons by the previous owners - Assurant Solutions.

Between them the Management Team have gained recognition within their fields of expertise.
Brian Hall Brian has over 45 years experience of underwriting in the London Market. This has spanned a wide range of classes, written both for insurance companies and Lloyd’s Syndicates.
In recent years Brian has specialised in niche personal lines, providing innovative solutions to the underwriting problems of clients.

Jonathan Woodley Jonathan started his career in underwriting with Royal and Sun Alliance where he spent four years before moving to a Lloyd’s Syndicate to work with Brian Hall. Jonathan has spent the last 10 years underwriting and managing accounts for a range of classes of business including Accident Sickness and Unemployment and Gap insurance business.
Together with Brian Hall, Jonathan set up the successful underwriting agency Woodley Hall Limited in February 2005.

Gill Phillips Gill has worked in Claims Management for over 25 years and her contribution is both recognized and respected throughout the Creditor Insurance Marketplace. Gill is a firm believer that the profitability of most schemes are dictated by the skill and tenacity of the Claims Department. The Claims Department handle a diverse range of products to include Creditor, Motor GAP, Mobile Phone & Pet Insurance and have worked together as an experienced team for many years under Gill’s management. Gill and her team are available to offer assistance and resolve any problems promptly and efficiently at all times.

Jane Ledamun Jane comes from a Civil Service administration background and has a wealth of experience in Administration and System Management. Apart from running the Administration Team she looks after all the operational set-up requirements of new schemes as they are integrated into the business as well as the day to day requirements of Trent-Services

Kevin Phillips ACMA Kevin is responsible for all the financial aspects of the business and heads up a small experienced team who manage Direct Debit collections, Broker Commissions and Insurers bordereaux payments. The team also manages all claim payments along with insurer declarations and management of claims funds. The department prides itself on its timely reporting to all parties.

Matthew Hill Matthew has over 20 years IT experience within financial services including working for Royal London, Zurich and the consultancy CSC, where he was involved in projects for a number of large insurance underwriters. Matthew heads up a small team who continually provide innovative ideas and solutions to meet our clients’ requirements.
